The company is located in Nantong, Jiangsu province, a beautiful city with rapid development in Yangtze River Delta. It has three large production bases, covering a total area of more than 300 mu. Now the annual output of stainless steel pipes and fittings reaches more than 40,000 tons, with sales exceeding 500 million yuan. Baodi pipe co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the production of stainless steel pipes and fittings for urban water supply, gas transportation and fluid transportation. The products are mainly used in petroleum industry, nuclear power industry, coal chemical industry, natural gas and other energy engineering industries. The company has been developing, producing and selling high temperature and high pressure resistant pipes and fittings for mechanical structure, heat exchanger, boiler and condenser, such as double clamping pipe fittings, socket welding pipe fittings, butt welding pipe fittings and grooved pipe fittings.

Baodi has advanced equipment and strong technical strength with more than 200 sets of pipe and pipe fitting forming units. It includes 40 automatic tube making production lines of Panasonic CNC argon arc welding from Japan, JCO large diameter single forming production line and straight seam continuous forming welding process production line. The company has slitting and cutting production line, plate shearing machine, edge planer, automatic plate splicing welding machine, 3,200 tons CNC bending forming machine, pipe winding machine, laser tracking digital welding equipment, high precision alignment and flat chamfering equipment. In terms of product afterpass processing and quality inspection, Baodi has new environmentally friendly and pollution-free pickling passivation equipment, stainless steel bright and solid solution heat treatment equipment, pipe online solid solution, RT NDT testing equipment, eddy current testing and ultrasonic cleaning equipment. The company independently developed YH pressure welding combined thin-wall stainless steel pipe fittings as patent for invention. It also built a perfect physical and chemical testing center, which has been approved by CNAS National Laboratory and has perfect inspection and testing equipment, covering various physical and chemical and NDT testing items from raw materials, production process to finished products. At present, the company's lab uses universal material testing machine, low temperature impact testing machine, sparks direct reading spectrometer, metalloscope, carbon and sulfur analysis instrument, Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell hardness tester, salt spray testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, eddy current flaw detector, hydraulic tester, ect., to establish a perfect quality assurance system, production system and quality inspection and control systems. Strictly follow GB standard (China), ASTM standard (USA), JIS standard (Japan), DIN standard (Germany) and industry standards to carry out production and inspection. The pipe production varieties cover 304, 304L, 316L, 321, 347, 310S, duplex steel, nickel base alloy steel and other stainless steel materials. The company can manufacture stainless steel pipe, composite steel pipe, alloy welded steel pipe, titanium pipe, copper pipe and so on with diameter of φ12mm  - φ3000mm and thickness from 0.2mm to 60mm.

In the past decade, Baodi has established industry-university-research platforms with Shanghai University, Shanghai University of Engineering Technology, Suzhou University and other universities.
